Step 1: Tear open the bag of coffee grounds.
Step 2: Hang the wings of the bag on each side of your cup.
Step 3: Wet the coffee grounds with a small amount of water (about 1 ounce) and wait ~30 seconds. We recommend using hot water that is 195-205 degrees Fahrenheit - just below a boil.
Step 4: Pour enough water over the coffee grounds to submerge the coffee grounds.
Step 5: Take a short break and allow your coffee to filter through. Take a deep breath and enjoy the aroma of your fresh brew.

FAQ: Is your coffee really free of artificial flavors, syrups, or sweeteners? How is it sustainably sourced?
It sure is! We also don’t use any mysterious flavorings, essences, or artificial ingredients. Our Classic black coffee contains a premium blend of robusta and arabica coffee, only.
We take pride in our ever growing sustainability efforts. We have an active relationship with not only our coffee farmers in Vietnam, but with every step of our supply chain. Our farmers are paid above-market rates for their coffee to ensure a higher quality of life and our beans are sourced only from sustainable farms in the scenic town of Dalat. We are actively looking to increase our use of non-GMO and organic ingredients as well.
Sensory
It took many trips to Lam Dong Province and many trials to find the perfect combination of beans and roast. Today we are very proud to present you SaigonDan Celebration - this masterfully crafted blend for an Italian style Espresso cup packed with flavour. High quality Arabica beans lend our unique Espresso blend acidity, while Robusta beans provide the rich underlying body. Its aromas are the epitome of dignified coffee: a complex balance between leathery, notes of orange, vanilla and amber, and bittersweet chocolate tastes.
ORIGIN
Lam Dong's unique attributes are created from a combination of topographical, hydrographic and climatic factors. Together with its forests, regional flora and fauna, Lam Dong offers distinctive scenery with many picturesque lakes, waterfalls, hills and pine forests. An Italian coffee experience, roasted with coffee from one of the most famous coffee origins of Vietnam. Situated in the southern part of the Central Highlands, Lam Dong province covers almost 10,000km² and is spread out over 3 plateaux. Lam Dong's climate is temperate and mild all year round with rarely any notable changes during the annual cycle. The temperature varies distinctly between different areas and the higher you go the colder it gets. It provides ideal natural conditions for agricultural production such as coffee, tea, mulberries, vegetables and flowers. The perfect home for our Espresso SaigonDan Celebration.
