Refund policy

Effective Date: April 10, 2025

At SAIGONDAN Coffee Supply, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something’s not right with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (consumable goods like coffee), we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

However, if your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to make it right.

To be eligible for a return (if applicable):

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • You must contact us first before sending anything back.


2. Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item was damaged during shipping

  • You did not receive your order

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.


3. Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If your product is damaged or incorrect, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference.


4. How to Start a Return or Refund Request

Please contact us at info@saigondan.com with the following:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We will review your request and get back to you within 1–2 business days.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping if needed.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@saigondan.com
