Shipping policy

At SAIGONDAN Coffee Supply, we’re committed to delivering your coffee fresh and on time. Below you’ll find all the details about how we handle shipping and delivery.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Estimated Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or weather conditions.
3. Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
4. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at info@saigondan.com, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@saigondan.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos if applicable so we can make it right.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
