USE COFFEE CAPSULE
Capsule coffee is widely used in countries around the world, including Vietnam.
Coffee is pre-ground to a certain degree of fineness, then compressed into small plastic pellets. Saigondan's coffee capsules - Finest Vietnamese Coffee are suitable for Nespresso® machines.
- Pour water into the tank, install the tank in the correct position and turn on the on button. Make sure to use cold and clean water. This will reduce mineral buildup, allowing the machine to operate longer & better.
- Depending on the coffee machine, you will press a button to open the compartment. Then, place the coffee capsule in the correct position. The coffee capsules will easily slide into the compartment. Once it's inside, close the compartment.
- Depending on the strength/lightness you want in your cup of coffee, there are many levels for you to choose from. You just press the Start button and wait, the machine will automatically brew according to the pre-programmed time.
- Enjoy a cup of fragrant coffee as soon as the water stops flowing. Add milk or sugar if desired.
Coffee in single serve capsules has become very popular and is now offered in Vietnam too. Saigondan – Finest Vietnamese Coffee in capsules are compatible with all Nespresso ® system machines.
- Turn on the machine and fill the water tank. Make sure to use only clean water , if possible PH neutral . This will reduce the settings of minerals and your machine will work longer and better.
- Place the capsule into the capsule holder. Depending on capsule machine, you may need to press a button to open it. The capsule should easily slide into the pod holder , otherwise push it slightly with your finger . Once fixed , close the pod holder.
- Choose Espresso or Lungo. Hit the Start button . Once you start the machine, it will pressure hot water through the capsule and the coffee liquid will drop into your cup .
- Enjoy your Espresso or Lungo after the stream of water has stopped. Add some brown sugar or a sip of milk if you like.

ORIGIN
In the early 1700s the French planted coffee on the island of Bourbon (now called La Reunion) in the middle of the Indian Ocean. Like Arabica Typica, in the early 20th century the first Bourbon seeds were planted next to the emerging city of Da Lat. Bourbon produces 20 – 30% more fruit than Typica but is unfortunately more susceptible to all major coffee diseases and pests. The high prices of SaigonDan Joyful is compensation for the difficult farming methods and low yields it produces compared with the today’s common Arabica varieties which lack Arabica Var. Bourbon’s distinctive flavours. The city of Da Lat, the administrative, commercial and cultural centre of Lam Dong Province, is also called the “City of Love” and is famous for its yearly flower festival. Situated on a plateau 1500m above sea level with multiple natural springs and a mild climate, Da Lat rapidly became popular as a cool retreat from the sweltering heat of the coastal plains.
