LGS + SAIGONDAN Business Hub Privacy Policy

About this policy
London Global Services LLC operates the LGS SAIGONDAN Business Hub for business task management and communication. This policy covers the Hub and its WhatsApp business messaging integration.
Information we process
Depending on the features you use, we process names, email addresses, phone numbers, task assignments and updates, messages sent to or from our WhatsApp business number, and related timestamps and delivery information. When an administrator connects a Meta business account, we process the account identifiers and authorization information needed to operate that connection.
How we use information
We use this information to manage business tasks, send relevant notifications, respond to messages, maintain communication records, and troubleshoot and protect the service. WhatsApp messages exchanged with our business number may be stored and displayed to authorized Hub users. This integration does not give us access to unrelated personal WhatsApp conversations.
Access and service providers
Information is available to authorized personnel who need it for business operations. Providers supporting messaging, hosting, storage, and authentication process information as needed to provide those services. These include Meta/WhatsApp and the providers hosting the Business Hub. Their own privacy policies also apply to their services.
Retention
We retain information for the purposes described above and remove it when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
Your choices and data deletion
To request access, correction, deletion, or an end to WhatsApp notifications, email dan@saigondan.com with the subject “Business Hub Privacy Request.” Include the email address or WhatsApp number associated with your request and describe what you want us to do. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. We will review and handle requests promptly and explain any information we must retain by law. Deletion from our systems does not remove copies held independently by message recipients or by Meta/WhatsApp.
